I'm definately down to party this saturday, i just need a ride to like fremont or something because i have to work at my school's open house this sunday. if anyone is down to drive me back to emervyille that night or to bart early sunday morning i'd be down to pay for gas. Also, this tuesday is the first tuesday of the month which means free admission to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) if anyone is interested in going let me know. im going this tuesday if anyone wants to join me. see you all saturday. peez out.
I MISS MARIA!!! well everyone, my parents are leaving for L.A tomorrow woohoo...ok it's time for all of us to join forces again. We were laying low for a while, but now since school is over. It's time to get the party started!!! Anyway, this saturday night krissie and i got a room at hampton for FREE...two rooms!!! So whats up? holler back! =) (P.S yes, jessica i say we have a little mini road trip...we all have to start planning.)
Hi everyone! Man, i missed you guys! I just got back into civilization after 3 weeks of being out in the ("battle") field...yeah, i guess now i can truly call myself a warrior...after digging trenches, sleeping in them, throwing hand grenades, firing 240 Golfs, going on a Recon mission in the woods with a PRK 19 radio on your back, and hiking 10 miles in a thunderstorm, you damn right deserve that title! But don't get me wrong, it was a great experience and i even had fun at times. Maybe cause we finally got to train with the male Marines. Everyone was so nice and willing to help (of course, then there was the occasional booty-hound asshole). Met lots of nice people, most of which i probably won't see again...too bad. After being done with Combat Training, i was loaded on a bus and brought to Camp Johnson, still in NC, about 10 minutes away from Camp Lejeune for technical school. Here is where i'll be for the next month or so, then i'll find out where my permanent duty station will be, hopefully the west coast *fingers crossed*. School begins tomorrow and i'm already settled into my three-person dorm-like room. Last nite i sat around with my roommates and ordered Chinese Take-out. Then i took a twenty minute shower and went to bed...a welcomed change after the three months of hell in boot camp. But this is nothing like it. and i can feel things start to get better...i knew they would sooner or later. Anyway, i'll send pictures soon, love ya all....MISS YA!!
